We have had the maintenance plan with Air Hawk for several years now. A technician provides the maintenance service on our AC unit every 6 months. This keeps our unit running smoothly & efficiently. Drake was the very thorough when he provided our service today. He took his time, was very professional, and did an excellent job. Air Hawk is amazing. Tim came out to give us an estimate to replace our system, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and generally fantastic. Our installers were Tyron and Henry. These two were amazing. Our system had leaked while we were out of town and left a huge mess and destroyed the return plenum which added a ton of work for these guys but they reacted like it was a normal Tuesday. They were amazing. I know I said it already, but it should be said again. The installation of the air handler, supply plenum, return plenum, and condensing unit are top notch and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. If you're not using Air Hawk, you're missing out.

The Air Hawk team are all amazing!! Don gave us an estimate and was very thorough and explained our different choices. He also called several times to check on us and see how we were doing. The installation went great too! Tyran and Henry were amazing and got the job done. They left everything super clean and where a pleasure to have. I was also impressed with the person that called the day before the installation. She went over all the details of what to expect at installation. I feel like Air Hawk really does have the customers best interest in mind. 8 highly recommend Air Hawk!!
