Had two bedrooms and living room set up with a mini split system. Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. They do not really attempt to over sell. Office staff and salesman kept in touch routinely before the install. The installation team was prompt and had the units installed efficiently. Robert Barron contacted me and explained very well and professional and went above and beyond looking for the best option. I've used Air Hawk for a few years now since contacting them shortly after moving into the area due to a defective AC unit. I had multiple AC contractors out and they quoted for new units. Air Hawk was the only one who did some research and found that it was covered by an extended maintenance plan and didn't cost me a dime. I've used them from that point on and have never been disappointed!

AIR HAWK TO THE RESCUE!! Tony came out to save us! Our AC stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees!! Tony, their service tech was there to save the day. Not only was he extremely professional but he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me tons of information regarding maintaining my system better. He had me up and running in no time! These guys don't get enough credit for what they do. Air Hawk has always been there for us when we needed them the most and has always given top-notch service! Air Hawk Heating and Cooling delivered top-notch service! Our AC went out and the system needed to be replaced. Lee came out very quickly after calling and was able to get our current system cooling while we waited for the install of our new unit. Lee was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
