Shannon had made a service call to my home on 10/9/25 to determine why my AC wasn't blowing cold air. He trouble shooted air handler had a major leak in Evaporator core. My system is 18+ years old and the part if found with labor is half the price of new heat pump/air handler. Today, 10/13/25 AC techs Ray and Henry installed my new 2 1/2 ton heat pump and air handler with Great Professionalism ,very courteous and taken pride in their work/clean up. Kudos to these techs for a great job!! Air Hawk has been our go to AC guys for awhile including work on my wife's parents home.

Air hawk installed my system years ago, and has always provided great service. They were running a special on system check up in October. I scheduled a check up for my system and the appointment was easy to make. Drake came and checked over my system, flushed the drain line and ready for another year of trouble free use.

Jason with air hawk provided outstanding service responding promptly within two hours of our call. He explained every detail of the problem with our HVAC thoroughly ensuring we understood all aspects of the process and what needed to be repaired Throughout our interaction, Jason was consistently respectful and professional making this experience absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this company and in particular this technician.

Air Hawk, two service men came in, checked out the area, made a plan and got to work. They made sure to cover furniture/TV in case there was any dust. Installed an additional vent through the attic. Cleaned up and did a great job exactly what I wanted. Very courteous and professional. Thank you.

We are on the service plan. Scheduling the service visit was quick and painless. The tech showed up on time with plenty of advance notice he was coming. He completed the service check and was gone. Easy Peasy.
