This was our second time using Air Hawk, and once again they exceeded our expectations. We first worked with them last summer and were impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, and friendly the team was—so we didn’t hesitate to call them again for our HVAC replacement. Don helped us during our first service visit and was a big reason we trusted Air Hawk. He came out again on the first day, carefully inspected our unit, clearly explained what was going on, and gave us honest, helpful advice on the best next steps. His professionalism and communication truly stand out. Shane and Nick handled the HVAC replacement, and they did an excellent job. They removed our old system smoothly and installed the new one very neatly and professionally. During the installation, there was a minor issue with one of the boards, but they didn’t cut corners or give up—they troubleshot the problem thoroughly, came back the next day with the correct part, and made sure everything was working perfectly. They also kept the work area clean and organized and cleaned up completely after the job. We also had duct cleaning done, and they did a great job with that as well. They were very careful to minimize dust and kept our home clean throughout the process. Bryan also stopped by to help double-check the issue with the new unit. He arrived early the next morning, inspected everything carefully, and confirmed what needed to be fixed before the part replacement. We really appreciated how thorough he was. Overall, the team showed outstanding teamwork and genuinely cared about solving the problem quickly and correctly. Air Hawk has proven to be experienced, reliable, and trustworthy, and we will definitely continue using them in the future. Highly recommended!

Air Hawk Heating and Cooling has been my A/C company for several years now. I never feel like they are over charging me or hammering me with add ons. I called for a preventative maintenance and they were here the next day. Technician Drake was superb!! Explained everything he was doing and he was very professional and friendly. Once again, great job!! Today Saturday, 01/10/2026 I called in this morning because my AC had shut off. I told the Service Department it was not an emergency due to the weather. Drake was at my house in a couple hours. The fix was easy and I was only charged a service charge. What a great technician and a great company. Unlike other companies Air Hawk does not over charge!! Thank you Drake!
